ngredients:
• 10 tbsp shredded coconut
• 200 g flour
• 100 g sugar
• 150 g butter
• 1 egg
• ½ packet baking powder
• powdered sugar for dustingPreparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cut the butter into slices and knead it together with the other ingredients into a dough.
Divide the dough into about 40–45 small balls and shape them into crescents.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes – make sure the crescents stay light in color (don’t let them brown).
Roll the still warm crescents in powdered sugar and store them in a container with a lid.

Ingredients:
• 4 slices of white bread (I love using American sandwich toast)
• 2 eggs

• A pinch of salt (I prefer them sweet, so I skip the salt)
• Oil for fryingInstructions:1. In a deep plate, whisk the eggs (and milk if you like them softer).2. Heat a little oil over medium heat.3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture,
making sure both sides are coated.4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
